I used to do something like that on our house stairs. Not as cool, but I would act as if I was skiing downhill with my socks. I would go back and forth and crouch like a skiing pose.

This is true.

I used to be able to do the whole 'under the armpit' pfffbthtb with the space between my clavicle and neck on my right side by shifting my shoulder upwards and making contact under my cheek. It was the oddest friggin' thing but it worked. Told I needed to do that at a party or six.
