Me and a few friends have been playing a custom Pixelmon-centric modpack. Mostly in creative mode, getting the world built as a cooperative endeavor.

So far the towns of Arcturus and Spica are done, with Fomalhaut, Antares, and Cor Caroli in progress. Routes 17 and an unnumbered route are mostly ready, as is the Obligatory Zubat Festival.

Have a look.

After almost a year of not playing it, started Axiom Verge again a couple of days ago and beat it last night!

Originally, I stopped playing it because I got completely destroyed by Ukhu several times and gave up. Evidently, I found way more items this time through than last time, because that boss was easy.

Managed to get 80% of the items in just under 12 hours, so I got one of the extra endings. Now to go through and 100% it, then do it in under 4 hours!

20XX

It's a roguelike, but with Megaman X style gameplay. You can pick up boss weapons after defeating them or choose upgrades instead, and the levels are procedurally generated. It also has different ways to add difficulty, as well as weekly and daily runs.

It's pretty good. Did a run just now and it pretty much plays like I expect. Quite fun.

On the recommendation of a friend, I've bought and have been playing Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millennium Girl.

It's fun! I'm kind of sad I missed the bus on the Etrian series the first time around but I'm enjoying myself a lot so it doesn't matter that much.

Just got a copy of Ghost Trick. I've played a demo of it and it was fun. A lot of people seem to like this game so I'm curious to see what the fuss is about.

Playing a bit of the Gungeon again since i Beat DS3 and the new Ratchet game.

Gungeon is rather nice, a fairly challenging rogue-lite/shmup hybrid, playing very much like a combination of Nuclear Throne and Isaac with a lot of dodge-rolling and well, guns! A lot of different guns!

Playing two specific things at the moment, or rather, one game and another... "category of games"?

The game's Hyperdimension Neptunia U: Action Unleashed on Vita, a hack-and-slash in the Neptunia universe, from the devs of Senran Kagura. The category of games is, basically, whatever games I can get my hands on that run on my recently reactivated iMac G3 (350 MHz, 512MB RAM, Mac OS 9.2.2) such as, today, The Settlers II and Quake III Arena.

More than "playing" though it's "devamping and editing the assets to use them in [pokémon or whatever]"
particularly since I don't have any idea what is going on and am stuck in some sort of fetch quest (and events randomly not spawning doesn't help)

on the other hand the music is quite good and am kinda upset I can't play through this properly. I'm actually curious about the story, too

Recently, I've been playing a lot of games, mostly games I've previously beaten. The only one to not fall in that category is Final Fantasy II for SNES(or Final Fantasy IV). It's pretty good, I must say.

I just finished losing another game of Armello. Things got messy fast, decided to switch from a likely-to-fail Prestige win to a Kingslayer win.

Died by one die. If he hadn't rolled that one last sword, or if I'd gotten one more shield, I'd have won. Fuck.

Armello is REALLY GREAT. I love it.

I've been playing a lot of DDR recently, mostly at the Dave and Busters near me. It has X2 and I've been practicing accuracy more than anything. I've gotten one great on Holic Expert Singles and that's the best I've done. I've been getting AAA's and high scores on many other songs though. I also have been messing around with doubles and wow there's a lot of good stuff there.

I was playing some Astro Boy: Omega Factor (GBA) yesterday, really good game although it loves to lag most of the time. One of the many games I'd love to see remade.

My copies of Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold, Bravely Second and Fire Emblem Fates SE all arrived.

They're all getting some time.

I'm in the middle (or close to the end?) of DOOM. Loving every minute of it. And I'm also doing a Crushing playthrough of Uncharted 4, which is broken as hell because you unlock cheats after finishing the game the first time, and they don't disable trophies!

Mario 3D Land is another off and on thing. I played it to death when it came out, and I was just kinda itching to play it again.

Three years of waiting and it was almost canceled. I know most people here don't care but I'm pumped and ready to play this.

I've been looking at this! I have 999 on the DS and Virtue's Last Reward I've gotta play first though..

I've been playing Destiny again, now that I've picked it up on the PS4. Still has awesome game feel! Still a shitty random loot fest, but I just can't seem to quit it.

Thanks to a really good emulator on Android for PSP I've been planning on catching up on all the good RPG's and Platformers I never got to play so suggestions would be cool. I'd play other games but I don't have a fully working controller.
