We appear to have this gen's Pikachu before us.
Chiramii, a normal type. Unknown what it evolves into, or any signature moves.
Also something called Munna and an unnamed bird Pokemon.

Am I the only one who thinks the white legendary has the stupidest design ever? It reminds me of a Godzilla villain. Seriously.

The black one is okay though. A little bit like a digimon but I can live with that.

Yes, when designing new Pokemon, they always keep the gameplay in mind. If they didn't design new "common weak" Pokemon for each new region, every game would have Pidgey and Rattata! That wouldn't be fun.


And who said you can't use normal Pokeballs anywhere else? I used them to catch every Pokemon in Platinum except for Giratina.

Though, beside that I got mixed feelings towards them. But regardless of pokemon design I will ignore/buy the game. There are far more important aspects that take part for me when I buy these games... and I hate how the critiques don't point out gaping error like those. :/

These are leaked CoroCoro scans, which means they are completely real. Plus, the designs do have the air of official designs, as strange as some may be. According to serebii.net, the Gear Pokemon is pure Steel type.

I'm not even going to read the rest of the article, because this is what I see at the top:

Update (12:30 PM, Saturday) - We have reason to believe this may be fake. While the source continues to wholeheartedly maintain it’s real, saying “I hope you can understand that I would not purposely come up with a prank like that after working in the video game community for years,” he posted obvious “fanart” of Minotauros on our forums claiming it to be beta artwork (though later he said it was just to give us an idea of what the real Pokemon would look like). This isn’t what convinced me of his legitimacy earlier, but nonetheless, his present actions just seem too fishy - perhaps his source fooled him, since we know he is an incredibly reliable news reporter for the gaming community. Like we said earlier, this may all be fake, and for now we’re going to classify it as such even though it could still be real. If something proves the legitimacy of this news, we’ll revisit this story and the other stuff he showed us. But for now, my sincerest apologies everyone.

Oooh, I like the weather indicator. I wish they'd show the weather effects the whole time, though, like in Battle Revolution. Though, I guess it would be hard with certain attack effects, but they could at least have it going on while choosing moves and such.
