Beat Lance using the Choice Scarf because I realized I can spam Ice Beam upon reviving Dragonair since the scarf made her faster than his dragonites. I also got lucky that the last two Dragonites' attacks BOTH missed, leaving me open for a two-hit KO on both of them. Aaaaa that was intense...

So I'm sitting in Vermillion now getting ready to do whatever. Everyone is between Lv. 43 and 46.

So, I rematched the E4 after clearing out Kanto, just for some Exp. Lead with my 58 Gengar expecting to one-shot everything, totally ready for that 40 Xatu Will leads with.

Then I saw Will's 58 Bronzong.

The E4 is only suppose to be the higher levels after you have beat Red...

EDIT: Just did some research and the E4 gets stronger after you have all 16 badges. So if your Pokemon are a little lower level head back to the E4 to grind some levels there before heading to beat Blue.

I was trying to play it in iDeaS, but the hit detection didn't work... walk through walls, can't leave the room. Is that an issue this patch would address, or just emulator fail?

the new fix (an updated Rudolph Child's Play Patch) focuses mainly on R4, TTDS (my card =D), and M3. The emulators have had a fix for quite some time :/
