I have got some question:
-If, for example, i don't want to give a vote to a category (for example, best avatar), will the voting get ignored? also, if i don't choose three people for categories?

Anyway, it's good voting via PM, i always wanted this: someone may get influences by other people.

If you don't throw a vote in for a particular category, the rest of your votes are still counted. You can choose anywhere from one to three people for each category.
