Bethesda is only publishing it. Obsidian Entertainment (A 'fallout' heh) of Interplay is making it.

oh FUCK I forgot about Neverwinter Nights. My hope for this game being glitch free is rapidly declining.
Well, on the bright side, at least (I repeat. Again) that Bethesda isn't doing it.

I dunno, I really enjoyed the direction the series took with Fallout 3. Kinda disappointed that it's going to take a step back, but I'll still give it a shot.

Ugh...I really did not like the way they did that trailer. Too Fallout 3ish.
Frank Sinatra was a nice touch though 
Oddly enough, I just reinstalled F3 onto my computer earlier, but I haven't gotten around to playing it. The problem for me is that I'm tempted to cheat when I play it, cause I know I could simply whip out the console, click on what I want dead, type kill and be on my merry way. I think that before I get back into it, I'm gonna try to find some good mods for it. Anyone know of any? |

I'm still convinced Fallout 3 is fuckin' terribad. Impossibly hard gameplay, unrealistic quest objective, and a boring, lackluster world which makes it more of a chore than an adventure to explore. The next Fallout better at least try to not be such a disappointment; Christ.

Fallout 3 was incredibly easy. You might have chosen the wrong perks, but the difficulty in that is what makes the game so damn awesome.
And define "Unrealistic Quest Objective". Cause really you can ignore the objective and follow the little blip on your compass.
Boring? Now this is opinion. So I am not going to touch this one. I personally thought the story in Fallout 3 was amazing. Not as good as 1&2, but still amazing.
And to me, the only chore I had to deal with was getting 100% on this game. ____________________ __________________________________

Yeah, no. I think I'll stick to trying to beat Ninja Gaiden.
Oh, almost forgot the best part. Somehow I had a key to a place in Megaton, and I went in, okay? And, like, this robot started shooting at me, so I ran out as fast as I could! But then, like, all the villagers wanted to kill me too! And then, it kept auto-saving, so I couldn't just reload, and, like, the last save point was like, 3 hours ago,... And boyyyyyyy, was I PISSED.

E2- Or it could have been the wrong fucking house. But what do I know? I mean sure I beat the hell out of this game 100% on the glitchest version (PS3). So hell, please tell me more on how this game is difficult.

They're just m own personal thoughts on the game. No need to get your back up; mine's not. I guess I'm just too used to playing my SNES and some emulated games. Overall, I'm just not a huge fan of newer consoles. I miss games that were simple: jump on bad guys, shoot fireballs, collect coins and crap, I dunno.
I'm just having a hard time with F3. Shit, I have a hard time with 99 Nights, and that's as mindless as a game can get. I guess I just suck at current-gen games; it happens.

Well, yeah. But the game is basically your own oyster. And when you said this:
unrealistic quest objective
This is what got me flustered. This game basically had a roadmap of the entire story that it was mindblowing. Making the 3rd in the series incredibly easy.
Not to mention the karma system made things bend to you. Sure some quests give better items depending on the karma, but the bad karma was more fun, while the good karma gave better items meanwhile it had the best items.
You could still play through the entire game fairly good on the worst karma level. Hell I thought being pure evil / good was both respectfully awesome. (Especially in the expansions)

Well, sure it is nice (I guess) to see the old engine back.
But please let there be more than one damn voice actor for each race. I got sick of hearing the same voice over for every human in Megaton and every other city. ____________________ __________________________________
