It's quite cool to play. But let me give you some constructive criticism.
- Some of the levels remind me of the original ones too much!! If you want to make a really good hack, Be Creative I really encourage you to, when you're about to remake a new level, delete everything in it and start from scratch.
- Try not to make some "ugly" things you do, like:
- Switches in mid-air
- The rotating bullet-bill cannon in mid-air
- Those huge rows of mini goombas
It makes your levels to look kind of "weird"... I dont like it much... |

With the addition of the billion mini-goombas, I found it super easy to build up score.
Also, something went glitchy for me. On the green moving path tiles, when I ducked at certain points, it'd let me fall through, and it took me a little while to figure it out. When you have coins on the same path as the moving tiles' path, and I duck, it sometimes recognizes the tile underneath me as the coin, therefore letting me collect it and fall through. Minor glitch I thought you'd like to know about XD Overall though, some minor object issues and flaws, but overall, some great ideas in there. Keep going! |

Yeah, I agree... It's quite weird... Probably the green blocks work as tiles, so they get removed when you get the coin
BTW, 400th post!! |

Thanks. However I do not agree on all. ;-)
The original levels contain many brickblocks in mid-air.
The huge rows of mini goombas I think of as a kind of bonus stage. Also I really like the sound and feeling when you run trough them - and I is only used on one small part of one area.
Building from scratch is very time consuming if testet 100%. (my level 1-5 is done from scratch).
But most is just modifyed - thats why I called it "New Harder Modifyed Bros".

Well, it depends... I agree: creating levels from scratch is very time-consuming, but i think the results are definitely worth it... It's like creating something really new. I prefer completely new levels
And yeah, the original levels have bricks in mid-air, but not switches (lol) |

| yeah, I thought I was gonna fall through on that red switch in midair XD I think even a solid brick underneath it would do the trick. |
