I have absolutely no idea how to do it and i would appreciate understandable terms. (i know there is another thread but i have no idea what they are talking about.)

First download tahaxan or tile molester(i use tile molester)

Then at the editor menu go to file browser. The title screen files are in the uiStudio folder, in the UI_O_menu_title_log_u_ncg.bin files. In the US ROM you only have one for english, but in the EU rom you have one for each language. The title screen logo doesn't change on language, so all these files are the same, but you'll have to overwrite them all in order to your hack to work on the DSs of all languages. So after you found it(its like at the bottom of the uiStudio folder) select them and LZ decompress. Then extract the file. (I made it with tile molester so im going to explain with it) Open whith TM an select the file. To make it show up select all files.
Under view, select codec, then select 4bpp reverse-order. You should see the image. The image is tiled, so you can't see the whole image, but you can edit the tiles. There are 2 logos. Edit the second one. To make it appear less puzzly at the top there are like III and an arrow checkboxes. Play with them until you find the best looking one for your image. When youre done editing it, save it. Then replace the modified file at the same place of the one you extracted it. Then LZ Compress and test!

Tile Molester can't open NDS ROM's directly. In NSMB Editor, extract the files you want to edit and open them with Tile Molester.
