That being said, Invader Zim music is the fucking shit when its being played during this game. It adds to the atmosphere. That and Virt's Option song is awesome too.

It splits into two. If you just fight it without upgrades its a pain at rank 100. Otherwise, a nice transition boss if anything.

Kinda neat how they stay in formations. That and the lasers they're equipped with are just sdabsdfsdbsdgbsdl.

Other than that, it's pretty good.

Considering its my second boss too.

I need to make one that is just deadly and awesome too. That one has only a few weapons and I was thinking of adding more too.

First link, check out Supply Depot. It is like that, except not overly complex and starts off with two ships attacking you. I highly sugges trying that one out. Then escape from it alive.

Just tried it not long ago; pretty awesome. Although I kept dying continuously. I had no upgrades, however.

HyperDumb v1: just a small ship I threw together in about 10 minutes. Although, sadly, I died fighting my own creation

Chaos is actually rather interesting in that it has a really nice balance. It's tough as nails if you try to fight it normally, but if you blow up the weakpoint (it's one or two L1 blaster shots) it falls to pieces

(No item boxes for anything but toaster, mostly because I thought they were random

)

Hydrapheetz: Hyperdumb doesn't move at all for me, so it's really just "shift left, shift right, shoot with blaster"

cpubasic: eh. I dunno why, but for some reason I found myself geting aggrivated at yours

Insight could come from turning on 'info' in the enemy editor, it shows a script-like structure, though opening parts files in notepad -> gibberish.

The Grappler!

Here is the thing about this boss.

Getting close up to him will either cause two things

1- Orbiting vulcan Crosses may hit you / or the Bullets (By the way, one of them has a part that circles around, constantly regenerating the Boss)

2- If the sword touches you, you are gone.

However keeping your distance is tough too, seen how the sword may hit you, it wont effect you as bad as it would being close up to it.

Oh yeah, Yousendit is not working, I need to host this.

I will create more as I post along. He isnt the best I made, but whatever.

Death Spindle, my second attempt at a boss (I might upload my first, Vortex Stinger, if I can make it suck less). It starts out completely immobile, but soon detects your presence and splits into four spinning wheels of doooooooooom, each one having a different method of attack.

Crystal core attempt...

(and third boss as well... the other two not worth displaying...)
This thing is pure defense... and unlike the gradius version it will cover its weak point most of time, so I had to make it so you can destroy its arms...

Overall it will take a while to destroy... At the lowest ranks it will focus mainly on defense and ocassionally shot easy bullets... but at the highests it becomes insane.

You can also upgrade the explosions thing and cheat through its armor from behind... (yet that's suicide on high ranks...)

And I know it's very... purple...

Sightly modified. Now has a bit more blue (but still purple/white overall

It's hard to make a dark blue when you only have cyan and purple lights...) and will fly away from you. I had to make this becouse otherwise it would just curl up, face away from you and shoot you with its rear guns... hopefully now you might fight it...

Flying Sword

Random sword thing... Even though the laser kills you (or should...), is as easy as the bullet manta or the fighter...

Flame ring rev.3

A modification of the Flame rings 1 and 2... This one has 4 extra boosters to increase speed a bit more and 2 kinds of attacks...

Something
No picture becouse the thing is a mass of moving metal and fire.
My second boss... This thing atacks by firing waves of shots in certain patterns. It also has flame trowers and these nice blades at the end of each arm... Just stay out of its reach and keep shooting it. It takes a while to kill and slows down a bit...
