As the title says, I recently discovered Fraxy, a nice little game in which you may create customized bosses and fight them, although the english translation is butchered. There are some pre-made bosses, along with a type of 'scenario' system(called "try" by the translation). It's pretty nice, and it's still being worked on.

EDIT: Oh yes, I almost forgot, there are many bosses and a few other things to download from Here.

EDIT 2: Instead of posting again to clear this up : Music in Scenario mode is controlled by the scenario, that's why things you add don't play there.

I'm fine with it not being your interest, but have you fought some of the beasts designed at that wiki in my first post? At Rank 100, those get to be quite difficult.(Read: it's not easy)

Speaking of Gradius: Something not inherently apparent: Setting parts' durability to -1 in the editor makes them invincible. Something required to make Gradius-esque bosses.

I also can't... and midis don't seem to repeat after they end...

I made a simple danmaku boss and a gradius core... the bad thing is that you have to aim the core, and that just using the bomb-like attack will just get through it and destroy it...

The boss has four rotating blades, on rotating arms, that fire at you. Then it also has flamethrowers and boosters, which make it do this attack where first thows fire spining and then suddenly extends its arms very quickly activating the blades... I call it "slowdowner"...

That being said, Invader Zim music is the fucking shit when its being played during this game. It adds to the atmosphere. That and Virt's Option song is awesome too.

It splits into two. If you just fight it without upgrades its a pain at rank 100. Otherwise, a nice transition boss if anything.
