| Half of that is a given for any MMO, while the rest are kind of misleading.. The silent penalty for being overdue with payment however, is completely true. Found that out not too long ago (through mistaken circumstance) and ended up being charged more than was necessary to reactivate. (In fact, they completely lock you out of the POL service until the fee has been payed, which is interesting since POL is suppose to be a free service.) I really don't mind the penalty in and of itself so much (it didn't cost that much more, and it was really my own fault for being overdue) but it was a little irritating because they don't mention this anywhere that I've seen. (At least nowhere in plain sight that can be seen. Both POL and their Q&A website can be a bit of a maze to navigate sometimes..)
Most of the complaints and what led to the suing probably stems from how crappy POL itself is, though. Something that even Sqaure themselves have admitted sucks. ____________________  |
