Someone did make a Franklin Badge, actually. I probably might have if he hadn't thought of it first.

Of course, it is a bit pixely since the texture was ripped from Brawl and such.

Just for the record, the Franklin Badge only reflected lightning in the Mother games. (Or, in Mother, PK Beam r) Hence the name, (Ben) Franklin Badge.
On that note, I have the official Franklin Badge. (The second one, not the ultra-rare first one)

Oh, remember when I saw two people dressed as Mario and Luigi racing down the street? I saw them again today, but this time Luigi was ahead.

Oh, wow, again?

I sometimes wish there was some weird things happening in this city like yours.

The Franklin Badge would be an interesting item if it was real. If anyone tries to shock me, they'd get shocked themselves. They just have to hope that they don't use a taser .

Talking about odd stuff seen in public, the strangest I've seen is a bunch of people in orange vests pushing a long line of shopping carts. It was their job, but I just think that looks really weird. Also, if you were hit by natural lightning and then hit by a franklin badge, what would happen then?

That's about as normal as you can get; the orange vests are just there to inform drivers that they are, in fact, not to be hit. Exactly like construction workers, really.

Want to know how boring it is here?

There was a wreck recently on the highway driving through my town here, and although it was pretty minor, there were about 8 or 9 (maybe 10) people parked off the road to look at it. Even the whole family of a nearby house was outside to look.

...well, that's all I got to say.

I've never seen anything strange at all throughout the time I've been in this city, or even before I moved .

I think the strange things are trying to get away from me .

Well... hm. I was once walking outside of Wal-Mart, and there's this rather large, black man somewhat in front of me. He's with a friend of his, and this guy -- probably in his 20s, it seems -- starts singing the Pokemon theme from the first season.

At the top of his lungs.

goddamn it was awesome.

I'll admit, we've really never seen anything weird in this town. I guess the strangest thing we've experienced was at the Brawl opening tournament, when a guy (mid-20s?) named Mordecai showed up in a black suit, black hat, large beard, and cane, and proceded to defeat everyone, including myself.

That's pretty bizarre....

Nothing weird in this small town, though an hour and a half away, they have a homeless guy who dressed like a Jedi

Middle of nowhere, the biggest thing was a (Semi-mid) boat that caught on fire and drifted to the beach. [even that was dull]

Since I live in the middle of nowhere, one of the most hilarious things I've seen is hearing this weird sound outside coming from the highway. We look and... a truck was towing a car that had no wheels and that sound was it grinding on the road.

I... couldn't stop laughing.

That would be an awesome thing to have.

I guess it would consider almost anything coming towards you to be a projectile and get reflected . Something tells me that it's an impossible thing for the badge to do...
