If you don't quite get where I'm coming from, here, take a look at this:

As a last resort, send it to me, I'll see if I can fix it.

put the model a bit down so it´s half of the high over the death floor and set the collision in the importer to bottom of level(death). its collision 0A that should work

@Eggs, Skillux: I did just that for testing purposes. The transparent texture I used got glitched up, so I'm afraid to take an untransparent one which you don't have to look at.

I really hate to spam... but I've asked in other places and this is probably my only good shot...

Issue: upon trying to use Peach (via a cheat) everything goes smoothly until her majesty begins to walk... her dress starts to flip out (on the bottom for the most part). I realize that since Peach is not meant to be played with in the first place therefore the makers of the game did not even need to put in animations for the actions I am trying to get her to do. At this point I would just like to be able for her to walk smoothly (without her dress glitching out badly) and be able to go [at the very least] browse around the castle (inside and out).

Video: http://youtu.be/ovI7ei4i8R8 (sorry I don't know the code to embed it).

Finally my question: What can I do [if any thing] to make look better when she walks (so her dress does not look like it is trying to fly off of her)?

I need help with the damn coins.
Does anyone know, how to replace the coins? If I place a new texture for the sprite, it is mostly dark and black ingame.
Only the edges are colored
Here are the sprites for the coins: http://www.tempfiles.net/download/201206/248900/Sprites.html
(will be uploaded at rapidshare at evening)

Please watch the video to see what I mean: youtube.com/watch?v=kKyjfYKsJyE
You see only the edges are colored.

I hope somebody can help me

Recreate the sprites as images for Toads tools i think .png and import each rotation of it or redo each rotation of it for the coin spinning animation frames.

Please download the the package with the coins and you can see the textures have already png-format.

I think you are good experienced with mapping.
Can you please take a look over the sprites? It would be nice, I need the full (normal) colored notes/coins. https://rapidshare.com/files/4053317545/Sprites.zip

Hello.

I can't seem to get the "chain chomp grates" into toad's tool.

I have done what I should've done in the OBJ importer ("Bob-Omb Battlefield" object bank), and I still can't find it.

I can't have a chain chomp challenge without a grate to open

So, can you help me at all?

Thanks.

Look at "object bank 0x0E" and choose "Bob-omb Battlefield" for the Chomp's cage bars. Save it and import the level. In TT64, it is named as "Star Cage Bars (Exploding)".

It's nowhere to be seen. Is it meant to be in 3D Objects?

Don't laugh, I'm a rookie to this sort of thing

Custom object issue.

I have put an elevator track platform to test the custom trajectory. When I approach the platform, the game suddenly crashes. The elevator I chosen is "Checkerboard Elevator 2" and I set its parameter to 00, as I did choose in the importer.

Everytime I try re-setting the parameter, the game still crashes. Would need a help, please.

Hey Ho, I'm busy myself recently with GS Cod, because I'm soon finished with my hack. However, I would still increase the damage of a pair of opponents a little.
I have found cods on the side of James S. a pair of interesting.
But the code is 810EE6A6 0008 can be the address in Rome for the hex editor not find (I use the Windows calculator to calculate).
I would like to explosion damage by Bob-Omb screw up a little, what am I doing wrong?

Repost, due to this being in the wrong thread before.

As I said in that previous thread, this hill is too ugly for my eyes to look at.
I want to make the texture "wrap" around it instead.

Do anyone perhaps know how to do this? I'm using sketchup.

EDIT: I figured it out! In order to make it wrap, you have to press and hold the "Alt" key and select the texture with the eyedrop tool. Then you paint it on the surrounding faces, and voila!

it´s useless to do that if you dont have sketchup pro cause only the obj exporter in the pro version saves the uvmapping.

Quick question to ask you known Super Mario 64 hackers out there.
Does anyone know where to locate the Manta Ring's star position, because we need to set the position of that specific star.

Thanks!
