Then you probably won't be creating a Yellow Switch Box. Basically, it's code that you can use to write your own hex code for the ROM. Although I'm not sure if messian uses ASM or something like C for this.

So to use this, I need to use the CMD.exe and type what? Also, I'm getting a message that says "This application has failed to start because it's side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event Log for more details." Whats this mean?

Originally posted by BreegullbeakThat looks like a permissions issue. Make sure you're installing as an administrator, disable UAC, and disable security software. If you still can't install, you need to repair the .NET framework. You might want to post in this forum for more help. -------------------- |

Hey, I'm creating a level with Google Sketch Up, and I don't know how can I export a 3d model to a OBJ file. And how can I replace an other level, instead of Bob-Omb Battlefield???

Replacing another level in the game isn't possible yet. Wait for the polygon importer feature of TT64 and then you can. -------------------- Wow! SM64 is totally turned upside-down!

From what I know, the polygon importer is going to have an in-built scaling function. You can check its thread if you want. It was page 21, 22, 23 or something. -------------------- Wow! SM64 is totally turned upside-down!

I am having trouble using messiaen's "mml2m64" application. I follow the steps of the tutorial file, yet when I drag the, "victory.mid.mml.mml" file to said application, it comes up for a few seconds with no text in the window, and then stops responding. I have done the tutorial numerous times over to see if I am doing anything wrong, but to no avail. Any solutions? I would deeply appreciate it.

I think he means "is there a way to make GS codes unusable", which to my knowledge(which is very limited) is not yet possible if at all possible.

You would need to change the memory addresses that the codes affect, and even then new codes could be made. So the answer is no, it's not possible. Unless you put a lot of work into it.
