Gotta love always having to get Plan A and Plan B ready whenever I go to work. Plan A if there's a lot of work to be done, Plan B if we don't have any work and I need to come up with other stuff to evaluate people with.

Most days it's been Plan B though. :\ More people use credit cards than apply for them in December, it seems.

I went to the Apple Store today and looked at a retina-display Macbook... I have to say, I would love the higher pixel density, but it does seem to make JPEG artifacts on non-retina images really much more obvious.

My understanding is that pretty much; specifically the resolution is twice that of the normal 13" MBP, and then everything is scaled 2x.

So I spent Boxing Day at my grandparents house for a buffet and to meet the extended family. Now, I know it's a nice thing to do, and it's only once per year, but damn, I can't handle being social for 6 hours. By the end of it, I just wanted to get out of there; made difficult by the fact that as we tried to leave, everyone migrated in to the kitchen to continue talking. I was not pleased.

sometimes. I just about nearly wiped my PS3 account over petty things because of a stress buildup. Did delete all the damn games that was on it. But... christ.

Also moved all my saves onto USB then deleted them, then looked back at what I did and put them back. Why? Hell if I know. Can't I say I was 'very' angry at the time and leave it at that?

And I turned off the auto-sign-in and save-password checks. Keep him from trying -that-, if he ever does.
