I found this in a Mexican video game magazine:



It seems like a very early, probably discarded prototype that somehow made it to the CES. Porky's sprite is cruder
and there was some minigame option were you play against a CPU-contolled Daffy in a western setting inspired in some of the 40s cartoons, but the season-changing backgrounds (the few ones they show) are the same, so the gimmick was already in place.

The Spanish text is rather redundant but if you want me to translate it I will do it.

If the game was shown by Sunsoft, that probably explains it.
Porky Pig was one of the many games Sunsoft's US branch was working on when it was shut down in early 1995, they licensed/sold their entire WIP catalog to Acclaim who published them near the end of the year.
Indeed there probably was a lot of work done on the games by the time Acclaim got them out.
