I guess my game of the year was A Short Hike, which I played a few days before the year ended, and thoroughly enjoyed. It's indeed quite short and I recommend it! I haven't played much of anything else throughout the year.

Half-Life Alyx was the only mind-blowing game I played last year. Doom Eternal too? Except I haven't finished it yet....
Animal Crossing was, well, Animal Crossing. I got what I expected out of it!
