In what is sure to be a shocking surprise to nobody, I like winter most; if we had better weather here, I'd probably like whatever season had the most rain, but since none of them really do the best I can get are seasons where it isn't brain-meltingly hot outside.

Plus, the weird grayness of winter skies is a bit eerie in some way, especially when it's overcast.

I've never really thought about that...

I guess winter's fine, but then I remember that, time and time again, the local public transport operators can't seem to get their shit together once the first snow falls. It's like everyone gets to ex. the bus depot in the morning of the first day of snow like "oh geez, there's snow everywhere, the buses aren't ready for that, that's gonna cause problems, oh boy", instead of looking at the damn weather forecast the days before. So, that aspect of winter I hate, it's alright otherwise.

Summer is terrible, especially ones like we had this year. I can't cope with heat very well, and the repeated 35°C and higher ruined it all for me. I'm also not really one to go to swimming pools or whatever, so... yeah, summer is the worst one for me, I think.

That leaves spring and fall, and while both are fine ex. temperature-wise, I like the look of fall more. The sky, the trees, occasional fog. Some might call it drab or something, but I still like it.

...sooo, I guess fall it is for me?

When it's near the end of summer, I can't wait for winter, and at the end of winter I can't wait for the summer.

There is definitely one I absolutely hate: Spring.
Are there any people who like spring out there?

i'll have to agree with fall here.
i generally like the cooler weather, and spring is a little too bright-and-rainy for me.
fall is just calm. and quiet. i like it.

My dream is to some day move to Barrows, Alaska so I can experience winter all year long.

fall or winter. both are pretty much the same here anyways. I like when it's reasonably comfortable to a bit cold, and when the sun is strong enough to make me feel a bit warm, but not strong enough to make me feel like my skin is burning.

summer sucks. spring is certainly an experience.

Give me summer! Lots of rain, lots of sunshine! Lots of big fluffy clouds and thunderstorms!

If my sinuses could give Spring a negative vote, it would.

Autumn! I love sitting outside during the mid-Autumn and just hear the crickets chirp outside during cool evenings. Not to mention going on walks during the cooler weather is really legit.

Spriiiiiiiiiiiiiiing

Spring spring spring spring beautiful rain rain rain and it's warm and you can feel the sunshine but it's not blisteringly hot it's just nice comfy temperatures like 60-70 and it's beautiful and the trees are blooming and, and, and, aaaaaaaaah!!!!!!!!!!! AHHH!!!!! WHY CAN'T IT BE SPRING FOREVER IT'S SO RAIN-DRENCHED AND BEAUTIFUL AND FRKEJFKDLGKLSDAVJIOPAJK

I used to have baaad allergies and also had a fear of tornadoes and grew up in the Midwest, which meant I didn't always pick spring as my favorite, but a) Peak allergy season kind of shifted to summer after I moved; b) bad weather just... isn't anything I have to worry about as much anymore. Well, except snow. Snow gets rough here.

I like fall too. When it happens, anyway. Especially when the leaves actually change color and just, ugh.

Late fall and winter for sure. 40F or so and extremely foggy is wonderful, I love snow/ice as long as I'm not driving, rain is great... Feels like I can actually relax, I guess. Summer is pure stress and usually results in me being inside 24/7 or going nocturnal. Oh, and spring generally feels...awkward, especially the early parts of it. I strongly dislike February/March -- it's like the world's molting and everything from the past year's coming to an end.

I actually, like, love that part -- it feels cleansing? I love the feeling of starting a year fresh, all the stupid bullshit that's accumulated from the last year being washed away... especially after a particularly rough winter, it feels really good. That part of the year always gets me re-energized.

I mean, I'm biased towards February. I always feel like I gotta go to bat for it. But still.

Pacific Northwest summers are fantastic. Average highs of 20-24 C, rarely above 30 C, and still a bit of rain now and then. I'd take that year round if I could.

I'm with Kazinsal - Summers in the Pacific Northwest are the best. The weather isn't too hot (usually), and the length of day is amazing.

The problem with spring and fall is that the sun is always too low in the sky, and the days are too short. I love having daylight until 9PM.

Winter: mostly nice but also very cold at times, never seems to end

Summer: I tend to shut down (or want to) around 27C

Fall: Spiderwebs spiderwebs spiderwebs spiderwebs spiderwebs spiderwebs spiderwebs spiderwebs spiderwebs spiderwebs spiderwebs spiderwebs spiderwebs

Spring: good if I have stuff against hayfever

So, spring really. It's quite nice. Or can be. ^-^

I was gonna make a post that said something along the lines of "Oracle of Seasons" in reply to the topic title, but looking at the poll it seems the joke is already done. :V

I'm not sure what season I like the most, maybe spring? Swedes always complains about it being too cold during winter and too warm during summer, and I'm not really an exception to that. :p

Still, pros of summer is that I can go out wearing leggings and skirt, which is nice! It's starting to get too cold for that atm. :x

all seasons that aren't Fall

let's see:

* Summer: going out without wearing 74917 layers of clothes. I feel enveloped by the warmth, too, dunno how to put it... atleast until I start sweating like shito.

* Spring: flowery shit everywhere, getting warmer, nice

* Winter: potential for snow (even though it's rare as fuck here), there's also a feel to ass-early night. cold sucks tho.

Fall can go fuck itself, it's just shitty weather and generally depressing

My previous post was very lazy so here's an less lazier version of it:

Summer: Blazing hot sun, rain usually only falls in the form of thunderstorms. Note: 80% humidity. (20ºC - 35ºC)
Fall: Summer except with more cloudy days and less rain. (15ºC - 30ºC)
Winter: Mostly cloudy, with cooler temperatures and more mild rain. (10ºC - 25ºC)
Spring: Lots of ♫ rain and wind and weather ♫. (15ºC - 30ºC)

That's what I would say if this wasn't in the middle of a metropolitan area, but since it is, it's heavily prone to off-season weather and other weirdness. Anything goes, really.
