wish i could get Phoenix working in the first place. D: their AIM stuff doesn't wanna work and i'm still not sure what's up there. do they have alternate ports i could try?

the ICQ/YIM thing is really cool, though. in particular Y!M had some weird features that other clients didn't have by default (gradient text!), and i never really got the chance to mess around with ICQ, so those would be fun to explore i think

Yahoo Messenger was awesome. It was lightyears ahead of AIM and MSN, but was always a second class citizen.

I just remembered that I actually do have a Phoenix account, so I'm logged in now but it's only on my USB stick, so I won't be on too often until I get my SSD installed in this PowerBook. I'm lepidotos there, and if you're using Phoenix too, you can just click on the AIM symbol to your left. I'm curious about Yahoo! Messenger and ICQ, too, but for now I'm just on AIM.
