Anyone here have experience with arcade machines? mame img files?

I just bought a sitdown california speed and its great - but the music is lacking.. curious to see if anyone knows anything about the atari file system and can point me to seeing if there is any other music in the drive, or if the music can be replaced..

I have downloaded the chd to mess with it before screwing up my hdd in the arcade machine.. I can get the chd extracted to the uncompressed drive image. however once it is mounted nothing recognizes the drive/file system.

Either its proprietary, protected, or no file system and its a binary direct read/feed to the arcade..

Thoughts? Help?
