Does anyone know what Team Fail used to play the unused sequences in the Super Mario 3D Land proto's .BCSAR file? For some reason I have a feeling it was a dev tool that was used on the 3DS (much like SoundPlayer.elf for playing Wii .BRSAR files), but maybe it was just a PC tool like the ones used for ripping SSEQs from DS .SDAT files. He doesn't seem to be active online anymore.

EDIT: Turns out that you can find "SoundPlayer" apps in Wii, DSi, 3DS and Wii U SDKs.
