| Mostly I tend to like individual songs, but here are (mostly recently found) albums: Metal Church - Metal Church Metal Church - The Dark Savatage - Hall of the mountain king Buggles - The Age Of Plastic I've also found Sky Babies - Sky Babies last week by chance but I haven't found any evidence of its existence anywhere else online. Possibly the band still has its myspace page but that doesn't have any reference to the EP. ____________________ "Rusted old machines should stay home and play with their toasters!" |

Scorpions - Humanity: Hour I and Crazy World.
There are others, probably, but mostly I like individual songs more than an entire album. (The two above just have a lot of good songs.) ____________________ (Lv 242 with 221559704 EXP) |

α We inherited a copy of The Art of Noise's The Seduction of Claude Debussy from one of our predecessors. I think Lightspar actually got into the sound of it even more than we did, but it's got a really nice hybrid sound to it and the album covers this whole sort of… impressionistic arc, almost, about Debussy, and John Hurt does an excellent narrator voice for the style. It does contain some explicit lyrics, for those who are worried about that. ____________________ Your friendly local Chalcedony comprises primarily {Illum (+)/[α], Teneb (−)/[β]}, along with many others who rarely front but are important parts of our system nonetheless. #plural #otherkin ^..^ |

| I somehow missed Earth 2 in the scrollback. That album is absolutely wonderful stuff... Earth was pretty eye-opening for me as a teenager -- I think Bees Made Honey was the first remotely drone type album I heard and Earth 2 followed pretty quickly from there. Like Gold and Faceted feels like time is stopping... |

| I don't listen or pay attention to a lot of albums since it's easier to just pull up an individual song on Youtube, but my favourite out of the few I actually know about might be Green Day's American Idiot. I'm kind of surprised no one else mentioned this actually, I kind of assumed that one would be a cliche choice. I'm a big fan of Makr's Beacon as well, but that one seems to be completely unknown to the world. (the only likes and views their songs even have are all from me) If video game OST releases count as "albums" then I also really love the soundtracks of Xenoblade Chronicles, Xenogears, Chrono Cross and Grandia II as well. |
