a bit after the rom was released i started to tinker around with it and i found that all the levels which were missing from the rom were inside it just inaccessible i managed to add the missing levels back in take care of a few glitches and also managed to fix the crash from the ending. so all 149 levels are playable

I'm gonna get down with this, thanks for hooking it up. Is there anyway you can fix Penguin and Seal? The levels near the end you can't access, I was told this by Lancuster.
He gave me these notes to pass the protection lock, so I can edit stuff in my hack.
The protection is on 3ECF and 3F25. Change C6 to E6.
