I've been on 120/20 unlimited for almost 5 years (I think), for $81.95/month (CAD) + tax ...

It's at least stable and I don't need more yet, so no complaints really

about sixty five american bucks, not bad

ours is $149.97 for this (nominally 300/10). $50 of that is for unlimited, because otherwise there are huge overages for the 1.25 TB limit

the best internet speeds i ever had was when i was living in a house in a rural town far away from everything, surprisingly. probably would have been amazing if i had been connected to ethernet
