LET'S PLAY TOPIC CHANGE GAME

In which I say my Internet connection is still slow for this laptop.

And this doesn't happen on the desktop.

It must be one of those issues where you need to restart oh-so-much. And I won't because I always hybernate unless this whole thing crashes and throws at me a lovely BSOD.

Why don't I restart?

1 - It happens for YouTube
2 - Restarting takes up more time than it's actually worth
3 - mIRC could lock me out at any time, so it has to stay always on
4 - related to the third point, I don't want to do the installation extravaganza of downgrading to mIRC 6.xyz. That's horrible and you should never try it at any cost unless you are prepared for the possible consequences.
5 - I mapped the power button to hybernate the OS and I can't be arsed to use the start menu
6 - Point intentionally left blank
7 - This machine takes forever to shut down, let alone to restart
8 - Time is never enough
9 - There is no time to waste
A - Just because I'm counting in Hexadecimal it doesn't mean there is more time to arrive to 60
B - I'm busy typing a badly-done joke post
C - There are fake SJWs all other the net
D - Sonic Worlds does a good engine make
E - Read Above
F - I don't care that much
0 - Integer overflow, system halted.

As you can see there is no reason to restart the computer without a significant loss of time, therefore restarting is illegal on this crappy laptop with paltry 4GB of RAM.
