As if that wasn't enough, if you look in the article above, it's been turned into some type of virus. Ew. Seems like the Bash shell is going to need a big-scale security update.

Patches are downstream in many distributions. If you don't run a server using CGI or php5-fpm, you're probably in the clear, but update anyways.
