Has anyone looked into the Romancing SaGa 2 enhanced VC release, to check if the post-patched ROM can be retreived from RAM after launch?

Given that its only source is a GameFAQs thread which claims that a Wii VC game has DLC, I call bull. To quote a later post in that RHDN thread:

All of those extras are from the mobile version


Nonetheless, this patch can be applied to Romancing Saga 2 to convert it to the Wii VC version. Only differences seem to be a few bytes at the end of the ROM.
