"Before her account was removed, she tweeted, “omfg I was kidd,” “I’m so sorry I’m scared no,” “I was joking and it was my friend not me, take her IP address,” and “I was kidding pls don’t I’m just a girl pls.” She also tweeted, ““I’m just a fangirl pls I don’t have evil thoughts and plus I’m a white girl.”"

Is it only me who finds this absolutely hysterical?

Kids being stupid, thinking they're invincible/invisible over the net.
As if nothing will come back to bite them.

Hopefully this serves as a minor deterrent to certain behaviours.

Unfortunately there is no lack of stupidity in this world. It's pretty plentiful. If we could somehow convert all of it into money then we could save the economies of every country 100 times over.

If I had to use one word to describe this incredible mess of stupidity:

"Ugh"

“I was joking and it was my friend not me, take her IP address,”

If you use your friends to put your trouble on them because you don't have the balls to face your own trouble, well... you don't deserve to have friends.

I heard that in the aftermath of this, making terrorist threats to airlines is now a mini-trend of sorts, which sounds like a really bad idea if you ask me.

Funnily enough, news programs here are starting to talk about this kind of things too (and mysteriously, this example right here is not mentioned at all).

I don't have a lot of sympathy for the idiots making these tweets, but I really don't think an actual terrorist is going to just drop their plans out in the open like that.
