| So I've been recently trying to get myself into reading some sort of book again. Since I'm still burnt out on regular old text novels from when I was an English major, I decided to give graphic novels a go and they've been a hell of a good read. So far I've gone through both Persepolis books by Marjane Satrapi, A Drifter's Life by Yoshihiro Tatsumi, and just today 300 by Frank Miller. On my current next-up list is The Adventures of Unemployed Man by Erich Origen and Gan Golan, and A Contract with God by Will Eisner. I do own a few others that I'm going to get back to reading, such as Watchmen, Maus, and Jimmy Corrigan, but for the most part I'm pretty much dumb on what's really out there. Any suggestions? ____________________ _______________________ | 6899 | 13101 | 1505 | 11 | ![]() |
