Trivia: I have seen Snow twice in my life. Once when I was 5, again when I was 18. Both times, I had to drive far away. It was in Flagstaff, Arizona that I first had a snowball fight... I hit lots of people with snowballs then.

Not snowing- and the snow accumulation from the last storm is melting away rapidly as well- I think even yesterday there were still several inches, now you can see the ground in many places.

You remind me of a girl on the phone at work yesterday asking how cold it was in Montreal. Then saying how lovely it was in California.

Any more of those calls and I'll develop an eye twitch, I think. It was probably -3C yesterday but we had an INSANE wind, so... felt like -15C.

Yeah, I think that's a slight understatement. You know that "Starfield" screen saver that comes with Windows? Turn the number of stars up to maximum, double that, and make the stars twice as big, and you've got a rough approximation of what it was like driving home from Idaho.

No, it is not snowing. Christmas Eve was very windy and rainy, and the sea level was almost up to ground level. Pretty shitty weather, just like last winter. Only difference is less snow and ice. (Actually, none at all.)

Though, right now, it's calm and dry, but still no snow. I don't think this is right, I would've expected there to be snow around this time. If the same thing happens next christmas, then I'm going to start to think that something is wrong, maybe.
