I got inspired to make a thread like this after this post I made some hours ago...

I'm not linking to it. It's just... terrible. It may give an ear rape, so if you are crazy and you want to listen to it anyway, do a simple search of the game and there you go.

You have been warned.

Any bad VG music out there you love to hate? Share your ear rape!

Chessmaster on the SNES has a pretty bad title screen song and is rather lame-sounding.

I'll never forget the YouTube commenter who described it as "the Seinfeld theme waking up"

There are just no words for this abomination. It was made by a fraud who used a secret understudy to make all his music--he was allowed to remake the theme that was originally fairly OK into this abomination based on his name credentials alone.

Sounds like something I would have played on a keyboard back when I was 5, which is saying something. It also sounds like a bad carnival song. And yeah, the story behind that guy was just plain unpleasant.

Basically every song in Mega Man X3. I'm sure the music is good, but the instruments are god awful. I can't stand that soundtrack.

Not really that awful, but the menu theme for all 3 versions of Ballz 3D is pretty odd to say the least.

The genesis version is fine, incredibly repetitive, but still fine. Then at some point of development of the SNES version someone in the dev team realized that if they were making a game called "ballz 3D" they may as well make the menu theme into what could be best be described as "porn noises played over a generic beat" which is ironic considering the SNES is usually considered to be the kid friendly console. Then there's the 3DO version which is even less subtle.

The relative of Nocturne: Central City. (It's actually a really bad Sonic 3D Blast redo on the DS for no reason

This Sonic Spinball options music can and will melt your ears with its obnoxious wall of sound volume effect and high pitched noises.

Literally the same four notes repeated over. And over. And over. I dunno about you but I feel my consciousness going numb if I spend too long in this area.

A shame, Rygar's got some nice music to it too.

IIRC, that games has a soundtrack on the scale from meh to ear bleed. ._.

Considering who developed it I expected it to be a great game... I got so sick of after only an hour or two. :v

I guess I should mention this..."thing" in here too. I don't know if this is a WTF music or if it is considered a bad song because...well...look, just listen to it and you'll know what I mean.

EDIT: Oh yeah, I just remembered. So, to all the new people that joined somewhat recently, could I ask you: What's your name? Why? Because San Francisco Rush apparently has quite a few bad songs gems in it's soundtrack.

Updating a thread from a few years ago but there are quite a few bad songs/OSTs I found.

Terminator 1 (NES): The entire soundtrack has some awful instruments and feels like random notes being played. Not surprisingly, the same composer also made the Rocky and Bullwinkle soundtrack for the same system, also an abysmal soundtrack.

Sherlock Holmes (FC): Holy high-pitched soundtrack, Batman! The main theme has some of the most high pitched music to the point where it will make your ears bleed in agony.

Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis (GBA): Imagine a great OST on a 16-bit system being turned to complete shit on a 32-bit handheld console. Then replace the instruments with some of the most random and inappropriate ones you can imagine. That's the game's OST in a nutshell.

You are recommended to use CSS to specify the font and
properties such as its size and color. This will reduce
the size of HTML files and make them easier to maintain
compared with using <FONT> elements.

You are recommended to use CSS to control line wrapping.
Use "white-space: nowrap" to inhibit wrapping in place
of inserting <NOBR>...</NOBR> into the markup.
