Yes, I own two of them. I've only really put random Pokemon Rom Hacks/random things I made in gbdk on it, but it seemed to work fine. I've also only ever used the Windows drivers, which is why I haven't used them recently (I haven't booted my Windows computer since I moved and my primary computer is Ubuntu). As far as the seller though, I bought mine from Nonfinite Electronics because for some reason saving $1.50 is a big deal for me. I had absolutely no problems ordering from them or waiting for the shipping or anything.

If you have any random questions about the cart itself, I can give it a try.
