Yeah... those that are just posting simple one-liners: please don't do that. Describe why you like a song at least.

Now Playing: [t+pazolite] - [STAR of MINE]

Reminds me of Gigadelic, as in its hardcore and sounds identical to it in structure and all. Also from the person that did Okkusanman.

Noriyuki Iwadare - A Deus (Kami e no chousen MIX)

Take A Deus from Grandia II and put it to breakbeats and you pretty much got what this song is. This is an old one and for whatever reason I remembered that I needed to re-get it from my old failed 200 MHz system but never took the time to do it over six years ago. Honestly, I'm not quite sure why I didn't yank my 6 gig out of that comp and put it in this one but...oh well. My loss.

Now Playing: [Dragonforce] - [Through the Fire and Flames]

After watching the GHIII song preview of this I had to get the full song. Fast, frenzied, chaotic, and full of awesome for a 7:21 song.

Now Playing: [myu314 / ビートまりお] - [ウサテイ]

In a nutshell, the full version of Usatei. It sounds a LOT different than the flash counterpart in more than it just being longer. It doesn't seem so crazy as in the flash, but it sounds a hell of a lot cooler.

I've had the Perfect Cherry Blossom soundtrack playing for about a week straight now. Let's see what it's on right now...

*Ninetales is listening to 13: 幽雅に咲かせ、墨染の桜 ~ Border of Life

I usually end up just leaving it on repeat all day and switching songs every now and then.

Now Playing: [Carbo] - [This Must Be A Dream]

I went to Newgrounds to get some cornandbeans music for possible simming and this song was the first being played in the auto-player song of the week thing. Its a dance/trance song, and I just like it.

King of Fighters '99 - Mechanical Bless

Honestly, I have a bit of a knack for some of these 'noise only' tracks. I'm not exactly sure how to say it more than 'it has one hell of a beat'. Guess I could just go 'oh if you don't like that, just listen to Esaka -Acid Mix-'. Instant win there as well.

I've had my share of Guitar Hero 2 songs blaring through my skull over the past two days as well.

(violates you for disobeying the one-liner principle)

np: Bonde do Rolê: "Melo Do Tabacco (XXXchange Remix)"
Baile funk! Better than you. The remix actually sounds more conventional than Bonde do Rolê's usual output, but hey. Besides, the entire concept is funk carioca (Brazilian funk, with the traditional instrumentation and such, very M.I.A.)... with 80's metal guitar. Which you get in the leadoff track ("Dança Do Zumbi") on their first album, With Lasers... come on, you ALREADY love them. (Because I know you ALL use Orkut, which the Brazilians love like Germans do the Hoff, I don't need to explain that on that site, there's "with lasers" groups for just about ANYTHING, right?) Lyrics? Fuck if I know. They're in Portugese and no one's bothered to post 'em on songmeanings.net. But yeah, this is okay (it's on the Fabriclive vol. 33... well done, Spank Rock) but get their album.

2153. Jun Ishikawa - [Kirby's Dream Land 3] Ripple Field 2 27:50/1:49 [SPC/13 plays]

This happens to be one of the few songs I can listen to for very long periods of time. There are other songs composed by Jun that I can listen to for very long periods of time, too, especially songs from Kirby's Super Star and Kirby's Dream Course.

Floppi - Dreamchip Megamix II

Last thing that Floppi ever did for the Chiptune community. This thing is a feat in and of itself. A 30+ min mod-file that is around 640KB in size. Takes pretty much anything he's done and remixes it into one solid file, speed changes and everything. Probably the best thing to lay hands on if you're a chiptune enthusiast.

Now Playing: [Juno Reactor] - [Masters of the Universe]

Its Juno Reactor. Heard this song on Ultramix 4 a while back and recently wanted the urge to get the full song. Its awesome. Trance with a tribal feeling basically. It is a pretty neat song to listen to.

Not quite listening...

CSI: Las Vegas/ NY.

I have a soft spot for mystery type things. Law and Order: Special Victims Unit/Criminal Intent, for example. It's fun to watch how these things work out.

Now Playing: [Jappo & Lancinhouse] - [Exlxax! (Neophyte & Evil Activities Remix)]

From a hardcore collection of songs. This one in particular is full of heavy beats at first than goes into a slight ambient feeling part for a few seconds. From there it just continues the pounding beats. Very hardcore indeed.

...thinking that I like hardcore a bit... well, this kind of hardcore at least. Maybe happy hardcore too.

I really like Criminal Intent. Especially the main guy, whose name escapes me right now. He kinda reminds me of Hercule Poirot, without the Belgian part.

Scorpions - Humanity Hour 1 - #10: Love is War

Now I remember why I really, really liked them.

(Most songs on this album are A+ good, although I really dislike We Will Rise...)

(Granted, Wind of Change is still my #1 all-time favorite song ever)

I'd fail you and hold you back a year, but CSI Original Recipe's pretty good. Maybe I'm just a sucker for procedural shows.

np: Dan le Sac vs. Scroobius Pip: "Thou Shalt Always Kill"

Nothing that hasn't been done (better) by others, but the greatest part:

Thou shalt not make repetitive, generic music
Thou shalt not make repetitive, generic music
Thou shalt not make repetitive, generic music
Thou shalt not make repetitive, generic music

(rimshot) Best part besides that, however, follows immediately:

Thou shalt not Pimp My Ride.
Thou shalt not scream if you wanna go faster.
Thou shalt not move to the sound of the wickedness.
Thou shalt not make some noise for Detroit.
When I say "Hey", thou shalt not say "Ho".
When I say "Hip", thou shalt not say "Hop".
When I say, he say, she say, we say; "Make some noise.", kill me.

(Mind you, none of this is as great as the people on songmeanings.net debating whether or not Feist's "My Moon My Man" is about anal sex... but that's another episode.)
