Some different Vocaloid music lately, but also and especially some of the French translation covers by the excellent Poucet, particularly those of “Dream of a Girl Doll (少女人形の見た夢)” and “Blessed Messiah and the Tower of Ai (祝福のメシアとアイの塔)” (CW for some blood).



We were also introduced to the excellent PV of “gift nor art”, which plays into the “Vocaloid as modern instantiated-spirit/egregore” theme in a way—it's one of those very self-focused Miku songs, in case you'd be put off by that. (Not surprising for a Tripshots PV.)

They Might Be Giants' new album BOOK. It's really... A TMBG album. I don't know how to describe it, but it feels more like 90s TMBG than their newer stuff has. It's pretty refreshing.
