1.) There are Red Team skins for the robots. They're not quite finished, so we can assume they were dropped halfway through skinning.
2.) There's robot-filtered versions of taunts intended for the WAR! event.
3.) The mittens Heavy bot that shows up in some Advanced difficulty missions (and Mann Up mode) has some commented out code to make him 0.65 scale and equipped with the All-Father beard and Point and Shoot (wizard) hat to make him look like a tiny metal gnome (his definition name is even T_TFBot_Heavyweapons_Gnome)
4.) There's a commented out definition for a Sniper bot equipped with Jarate, apparently removed due to no animations.

More soon????????

from what I've seen the red bots are mostly identical to the blu ones,
there are just a few differences in the location in class icons

i.e. red heavy's right icon is backwards and the medic's is a bit stretched

there is only a blu sentrybuster, and it also lacks uber textures

also looking at robosniper he deff has jarate animations,
they are under ITEM1 like on the normal sniper

maybe it was removed thanks to the sydney snipers or something

I'm still trying to figure out how a robot can throw piss. Where does it come from?

Well that was what the comment on the definition said. Maybe they added the animations later?

It also had a commented out (in the commented out definition! INCEPTION) line to equip the yellow belt hat.

The Septic Tanks have grown sentient and are outraged over being filled with your wee.

There are mitten Heavies? The only gloves any of the Heavies I've seen equip are GRU, KGB, and Steel Fists, and those are the only ones used. Looks like the entire Gnome Heavy class is completely unused as of this point, although I feel they could be added in future maps.

They appear in the hardest mvm_decoy mission, around Wave 4. Community servers only seem to run the normal missions without admin intervention, though.

Some more TF2 fun, from the Pyromania update's item schema:

{
"name": "counts as assister is some kind of pet this update is going to be awesome",
"defindex": 415,
"attribute_class": "counts_as_assister",
"min_value": 0.000000,
"max_value": 1.000000,
"effect_type": "positive",

"stored_as_integer": true
},

I guess it's worth noting that the sentrybuster
shares all of the demobot's animations

even though it doesn't have arms and cannot hold weapons

but uuh I guess it still has the leg placement down

it also has a bomb deploy taunt
but it cannot actually hold the bomb

It just uses the same animation data since it's an edited Demobot model. You'll notice the Demobot also has the "sentrybuster spins up to explode" animation as a result.
