+Tropical weather!
+Theme parks everywhere.
+Awesome beaches everywhere.
+Publix, the best grocery store ever!
But...
-Lots of humidity.
-Lots of crazy people. It has its own tag on Fark. That should tell you something.
-Not deep south, but still south. One highway has a giant Confederate flag waving over it.
South Florida is really fun to visit.
+Beaches
+I love Publix!
+Anya!

Tate's Comics
+Key West is great for fishing! I really need to go down there, its been awhile.
+Less "south" than middle/north Florida
+Bad ass water park in West Palm
+South Beach, but I haven't been there in ages.
But...
-Why the hell are all the theme parks four hours away!?!
-Too many people from different places and ages means that no one knows how to drive.
-Old people
-Summer is rainy season
-Hurricanes
-Damn, I have to drive that far for that water park? And its so much money. Why don't we have a water park?
-The more south you go, less of the English language you will hear. Unless you go to Key West.
-Public transportation sucks.
