Rule change fail to pass.

It is now BlueWhirl's turn.

I suggest a new rule: For every time you vote for approval of a rule, one point is added to your score.

Honestly, we shouldn't need to REWARD people for playing the game. Saying 'no' to every rule means nothing happens meaning the game falls apart.

Honestly, I should care about this rule, but I don't. And yet I have to.

If I pass, and nobody else votes, the rule goes in and I don't get a point. If I vote no, and somebody else votes yes, I don't get a point whereas they do.

So because of greedy corporate action on your part, I am somewhere near forced to vote in favor of this.

Actually, you're wrong MM200. After all, rules effect does not start taking action until after they are voted in place, by logic. :p

New Rule added: 15. For every time you vote for approval of a rule, one point is added to your score.

It is now MM200's turn.

I'm pretty sure it -did- in a prior round. Not about to go back and look.
And if I knew it wouldn't kick in on the turn it was applied, I would have said no.

All that being said, if you charitans really think the randomness need be removed from the game, then you ought to be all in favor of this rule change that I'm about to propose.
I'm sure you're all aware that Rule 14 is still subject to the role of the die. However, I suggest that it be changed to run off of ranking instead, so that a top-score player be penalized much more than the weaker loser. If 1st place were to miss their turn, for example, they will lose 6 points. 5th place, in comparison, only loses 2. 3rd place loses 4, 6th place loses 1, and so on. And to phrase this properly,
If a player fails to play their turn, they lose "(# of players - rank + 1) * # of days missed" points

If there is any confusion in understanding, please note it as such.

The point of making my rule before was to negate the fact that nobody was passing rules; it seems to be working.

I approve of this rule.

I suggest eliminating rule 9, given rule 5 says the same thing and more.

Actually, from what I can tell, if you were to eliminate rule 9, we would not be able to vote on TRANSMUTATIONS or rule CHANGES. Only on ADDING rules.

Despite the fact I won't get free points, . I don't want to be breaking this game.

I am going to up-vote for my point

But if anybody else up-votes, I'm changing to a down-vote
