I'm going to suggest to..

Modify Rule #14: 'For each day a player doesn't play during their turn, they lose 1d6 points.'

to this - Rule #14: 'For each day a player doesn't play during their turn, they lose 1d6 points unless the player posts in this thread stating the reason at least 24 hours before the player's turn, and it has to be an acceptable reason.'

(ex. "I was bored and didn't feel like posting." as a bad reason, and "My Internet is going to be down all day that day." to be a good reason.)

(Also, yeah, Lunaria could be the judge of allowance, or we can do it on a vote like the voting process.)

Edit: Er, I'm just going to suggest to make Rule #14 mutable to do the above change.

Er, before I vote, can I ask for a clarification? I guess the judge of acceptability would be Lunaria, right?

Really should make sure that we're all good with the rule before we Transmute, but whatever.

Don't like the rule idea, nor the idea of a transmute of #14.

I'm opposed.

Hade many real life changes this week that made it hard for me to keep up; Sorry about this. :p
---------------------------------------
Rule change passed.
14. For each day a player doesn't play during their turn, they lose 1d6 points. Made mutable.

It is now silverthundr's turn.
---------------------------------------
Rules:

Immutable:
1. Players take turns in order of the list, descending.
3. The one with the highest score at the end of the game wins.
5. We vote with one vote per player to decide if any new rules are added.
6. Rules that are Immutable needs to be voted on to be mutable before they can be changed or removed.
13. You can't make any form of rule change if it conflicts with another rule.

Mutable:
2. After each turn a d6 (standard die) is rolled to add points to your score.
7. Players can make rule changes by suggesting them during their turn.
8. Once a rule change have been suggested the other players have 24 hours to vote on it before it passes/fails to pass.
9. Each player get one vote in voting.
10. If the majority is for, the rule change passes.
11. On a tie: Rule changes fail to pass.
14. For each day a player doesn't play during their turn, they lose 1d6 points.

-------------------
Die roll: 2
-------------------
Stats:

1. silverthundr - 4
2. Nicole - 8
3. BlueWhirl - -1
4. MM200 - 6

Changing Mutable Rule 2:

"After each turn, points are added depending on the outcome of the turn :
For passing a rule change, +6 points
For passing your turn to do nothing, +2 points
For failing a rule change, +1 point
For missing your turn, +0 points"

Less random factors is nice.

I understand what is trying to be done, but, the effects are too strong. In opinion, at least.

A vote against.

I propose replacing rule 11 with the opposite: On a tie, rule changes will now pass.
