I'd like to amend rule #9.

Each player gets one vote in voting, with the exception of the player in first place, whose vote counts for two votes.

I'm opposed- the first place person already has the advantage of being in first, after all.

I would like to vote No to this ruling as well. At the moment would like to leave it as it is.

Didn't we just shoot down the last thing because it would mess with voting? I think we're pretty much decided on the fact that voting is staying the same.

Rule change fail to pass.

It is now MM200's turn.
---------------------------------------
Rules:

Immutable:
1. Players take turns in order of the list, descending.
2. After each turn a d6 (standard die) is rolled to add points to your score.
3. The one with the highest score at the end of the game wins.
5. We vote with one vote per player to decide if any new rules are added.
6. Rules that are Immutable needs to be voted on to be mutable before they can be changed or removed.
13. You can't make any form of rule change if it conflicts with another rule.

Mutable:
7. Players can make rule changes by suggesting them during their turn.
8. Once a rule change have been suggested the other players have 24 hours to vote on it before it passes/fails to pass.
9. Each player get one vote in voting.
10. If the majority is for, the rule change passes.
11. On a tie: Rule changes fail to pass.
12. You can't effect the game with out of the thread means.

First mentioning, Rule #5 and the Rule #9 both specify "one vote per player". That is all I will say on that thus far.

Second mentioning, Rule #2 will have to be dealt with sooner or later. However I will not be the one to touch it.

Third mentioning, Rule #3 is not a rule that -has- to be changed. In the case that a player may wish to alter it, they would be more likely to change course (or pass) as opposed to waste their turn if it were left in it's immutable state. As such, in an attempt to prevent other players from attempting other, more meaningful impacts on the game (by which I mean have them try to change a rule that will never get passed), I declare Rule #3 to be Mutable by way of vote.(For those that do not understand what I mean to rule 3, ask and I will post again)

I don't see why we need to change the win conditions at all. I'm not sure how the first game went, but the second one had no winners because of this sort of thing.

I suggest a new rule.

For each day a player doesn't play during their turn, they lose 1d6 points.

(Let's prevent situations such as mine. Sorry guys.)

I propose to transmute Rule #14 to Inmutable.

(Is that right, the way I do it?)
