A 'simple' cellphone? Like, a burnphone? I thought all you had to do was go to a radioshack or call their service from the phone and place a minutes order. Or do they not come pre-activated with a number like they claim?

We call them burnphones, because they're prepaid minute phones already activated with a number and no way to properly trace them. As you can literally go into a shop somewhere, buy a card, and activate it without any ID or otherwise. Plus you can throw them away after use.
Literally, a phone meant to be burnt. ...yes we've used them for bad things but not as bad as others.. ____________________
