...and you KNOW the cops were having a good laugh about this one afterwards. I would have confiscated the taco as "evidence" myself.

I just heard about a guy who was passed out in the alley behind the bar a few weeks ago (he hadn't been in the bar). When the cops showed up and got him up, after a few smart-ass remarks and such, eventually they asked his name and he said "My name's Smiley, yo". The cops kept badgering him for his real name, until the officer who found his ID goes, "Well damn, his name really is Smiley!"
