Oh man, I won Best Avatar and got second place in Best Layout! That's so awesome. I'm so glad you guys love my Kuchipatchi avatar set and my Damien Hirst painting layout.
                The Kuchipatchi avatars were initially extracted from some 40 screenshots from all the Let's Go! Tamagotchi episodes off YouTube and then followed up with screencaps from the first episode of the full-length Tamagotchi animé series, which is responsible for the marked difference in quality (note how Kuchipatchi appears to be more lime green in a number of them). The layout is based off a set of paintings called "LSD" conceptualized by a British artist named Damien Hirst. It consists of a multi-colored dot matrix designed to resemble LSD dots. The intent in tiling them as a wallpaper is actually to make a statement about how art can be cheapened by using them as backgrounds, taking it totally out of context.
