I've heard that kangaroos could be more widely farmed and they would contribute less to the emissions they make when they poot, essentally, versus cows.

Again, I've only heard of it, but I'm all for farming animals that both consume less resources and poots much less often. :U

That's interesting- I would have guessed that a kangaroo had less meat on it, pound for pound, versus a cow...

Yep.

They're also not hard-hooved animals. So unlike cattle and sheep which are quite literally stamping our farmland to death, they're fantastic for actually maintaining soil quality.

Cattle are actually horrible for the Australian environment.

Sofi: White meat is delicious when cooked properly so STFU.

(Then again, everyone's entitled to their opinions... plus I'm a notoriously picky eater anyways.)

Boo pickiness Picky eaters are pretty annoying to cook for and I've cooked for a few. I actually had someone like refuse a breakfast I cooked because they didn't like the fact I put pepper on sunny side up eggs or something.

Seriously, I could have given that breakfast to one of you guys. :T

Whoa whoa whoa... how can you not have pepper on eggs? That's sacrilegious!

Call me a blasphemer then!

I honestly don't really care too much for pepper in general. However, pass me the salt shaker any day.

Psh, shaker. I'm talking about cooking seasoning, like, you know, with a pepper grinder and stuff for an extra zest. I grind sea salt on my eggs, too, and sometimes I even add smoked paprika or, if I'm feeling really crazy/Asian, Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce or both.

I don't like fried eggs mostly because of how the yolk can still be yolky and becomes such a mess.

Scrambled eggs and omelets? Hell yes.

We call them dip eggs because you're supposed to dip your toast in the yolk

I like to put Lawry's Seasoned Salt in my scrambled eggs and omelets. It's also really good on hard boiled eggs, too.

I don't actually add salt to most of my food. It's just a...thing with me I guess.

Pepper however? Hell Yeah! But seasoning is great - it is the difference between a good and an amazing meal.

I like eggs, but I have to be in the mood for them. If I have french toast, I usually have eggs over easy.

Sofi: I'm not THAT picky. I'm not a huge sausage fan but I'm fairly certain I'd be able to stomach several of the delightful breakfasts you've shared with us.
