I got all the way to this file.
I can extract it, get the tpls out but when i try to view my_DVDDisk_a.tpl, all i get is a white square. in two different viewers i get a white square.

With specs on that page, the file size is right. Something im doing wrong?

Okay something weird. its off by a byte.

Never mind this. Manual Hexediting saves the day!
