Holy shit, my gambit paid off.

I mean, not that I actually got PM'd by the big cheese telling me who he was, but Ramon did more or less out himself by attempting to claim he was the Thug...

Nope - even as Godfather, I wouldn't admit being on the evil side (what for?). Same could count for you - hinting at being the thug.

You guys don't see that me and MaxKnight were able to lure the Godfather into killing the real thug. If he was alive right now, we'd have lost already. Yep. I'm the bystander. I've got nothing to lose that'd help the others. There's nothing else that could explain my gameplay style this round...

Furthermore, I found (or find) it suspicious how Sukasa defended me consecutively after the first round where I blatantly accused him, upon which he didn't quite react as I wanted. Staying under the radar, perhaps? To not start an accusation war where the possibility was given you'd be lynched?
You even admitted you knew what I did - you also knew I'd take back my accusation of you and perhaps accuse another person, clearing you from the eventual voting round - and started to defend me to make yourself look like my "guardian", upon which I'd not suspect you anymore. (I did however find it to be a little suspicious, since I had all the reasons to be suspicious - still you kind of made it sound conceivable that I wasn't.) And now you seem to accuse me for exactly the reason you defended me with before (except the thug part, but that again is something that needs to be done to get results - I think you said it's what I do). The end justifies the means.

Of course, there's still Kirby Mario - talking about people being suspicious, not suspicious or not suspicious enough is all he's done, besides voting no-kill every round. It's either him or Sukasa. Big shot there.

It's funny. I feel like Hercule Poirot.

For the record, I've never PM'd Ramon before about anything in my life; this was not planned at all, he just interjected himself into my attempt to protect myself from retaliation.

By the way, I think you are only allowed to accuse a single person in your post, Ramon, so you should probably make it clear who you are accusing...

As far as I know (what concerns the original rules from Acmlm's, which I believe were taken over for the most part), you can accuse up to 3 people - you can only vote for 1 though.

I have been voting no-kill all of these voting rounds because I did not want to kill off a bystander by accident and also reveal what position I am.

Of course, I would be more willing to progress in finding who the Godfather is if I had a good idea as to who the suspects were, which until now were too many to be sure of anything. For now, it is narrowed down to either Sukasa or Ramon based on the information I was given.

Maxknight is off my list because most of the signs pointing to him as the Godfather no longer exist. There is still room for doubt, but I'm pretty sure he can't be the Godfather.

You, Ramon, seem pretty suspicious right now, due to your recent actions, but I will hold off on accusing you for now at least.

This is it, the final Final Voting Round!

Your choices:
1. Ramon
2. Sukasa
3. Kirby Mario

Good luck.

Ramon, because I believe he is the godfather based on his actions and one thing I missed before:

Ramon mentioned that the "The Insomniac has probably already heard all he is going to hear" - this is actually untrue. The insomniac had only not heard the Godfather as Sanky (the Mafia member) had been alive up until that night round, meaning that the Godfather was not making noise. The fact that Ramon used that as a reasoning for discarding the Insomniac would imply that he did not consider it possible for the Insomniac to hear anything - oh, and who at the time was not neighbored with anyone? Oh right, only Ramon.

Can the Godfather even make noise?

For that matter, did I make noise when I left my room and set the trap in krutomisi's room?

(two very important questions)

The godfather makes noise, yes

And yes, you do make noise when setting a trap.

When setting a trap, but that's in the room that I'm setting a trap in; what if the Insomniac were, say, next to me? Does he hear me leaving my room?

Again, important questions given the context! My safety (and the outcome of the game) depend on these answers!

I'm pretty sure that you make noise when leaving your room as well.

Right now I believe that Ramon is the Godfather.

The only things that don't make noise in the night are when players do nothing and when the Sheriff investigates.

Everything else makes noise both in the room of the person making noise and in the target room.

What's with all the noisemaking? We're not poltergeists...

I guess I'm the deciding vote, huh?

Geez, pressure...

If I vote Ramon, he's dead, if I vote either of the other two, Ramon will vote along with it to force a tie and possibly live...

...

I'm sorry, Ramon, but your insistence towards me, both in the thread and through PMs, hasn't swayed me into thinking you are the remaining Bystander. I completely believe KM is the Insomniac and that Sukasa is the remaining Bystander.

It's over, Ramon. It's a shame you had to die this way, especially since you were just a Bystander.

The Mafia's victory is essentially guaranteed at this point, so I'll end it here. The Mafia wins Round 5!

Bystanders: 2 - Mafia: 2

Players:
1. MaxKnight - Trapper
2. CB - Thug
3. Sukasa - Godfather
4. Imajin - Bystander
5. MM200 - Doctor
6. krutomisi - Sheriff
7. Ramon - Bystander
8. Sanky - Mafia
9. ParaLax - Bystander
10. Kirby Mario - Insomniac

Sign-ups for the next round are now open in the other thread, so I'll see you next time.
