Well, I don't exactly get the rule, would that be one time, or could I do more posts like that and receive points for them? Who decides what is a popular culture reference?

Disapprove for the reasons already stated and the fact that I don't really care for popular culture. (That's movies and books and stuff, right?)

Girly: thanks, fixed your points.

Also, would this not conflict with this rule? "2. No rules can be made that will use values and/or objects outside of the game itself. "

I'm not sure myself as I know I rewrote the rule to be more compact. :o

Either way, I will update later today, but if the rule is not compatible with the current rules he can still make another move within his time frame, so what do you people think? (read: I don't care, you players decide.)

The official rule is this:

Since post length is listed here, it can be assumed that the content of one's posts also fall under this category as long as they aren't directly related to the game. As such, it seems like an invalid rule suggestion to me.

My original idea was to allow actual post content to count as actual game content, but I guess it was stupid to not specify that.

Edit: BUT Pop culture references are absolutely 100% non-game values, so yeah, I'd give arp another try personally.

While I want to let arp make a move, I went and said he had his original time frame plus the time it takes for me to update, which is what I have done before, and it feels unfair to not do so this time as well. So....

Time out -> Turn passed.
-------

Rules:

Permanent:
1. Rules that are made permanent can't be changed, removed or transmuted.
2. Rules that are in the tier below permanent can be voted to be added as permanent; in order to pass there needs to be a clear majority. Each player gets one vote when voting for this.
3. The game will end the first of June this year.

Immutable:
1. Players take turns in order of the list, descending.
2. The player or the alliance with the highest score at the end of the game wins.
3. If two players forge an alliance they pool their points, but have to vote as one.

Mutable:
1. In the case of a tie, a die roll will determine the outcome.
2. No rules can be made that will use values and/or objects outside of the game itself.
3. The player who suggest a rule, change, or transmute gets 2 points if it passes.
4. Players vote with their current score to decided of new rules are added, or current rules changed/removed.
5. Passing a turn takes three points from that player's total.
6. You can both change world and suggest rule modifications on the same turn.

-------

Score:

1. Sanky - 18
2. The Red Snifit - 17
3. Girlydragon - 19
4. Imajin - 17
5. Arp1033 - 19 (17 + 5 - 3)
6. CB - 6

Worlds:

Nedara - The shadow - Arp1033
Varaa - The fire - Girlydragon
Vorani - The balance - Sanky, The Red Snifit, Imajin
Undra - The infinity - CB
Zevra - The void -

Round: 4
Next up: CB
Event: None

Get me off this crazy planet! Send me and my belonging to Vorani please!

Also, I suggest that for every turn the total of every player's score is over 111, A random event must occur.

That's putting the pressure on Karis, isn't it?

But as long as it's legal, I'm in favor of it, random events are fun.

Random is subjective, but I don't see a problem with it. I will just have to start making them more. Oh joy!

No way.

We gain far more points than we lose, so we'll have these on a constant basis as soon as we pass that mark, resulting in absolute chaos.

I suggest a new rule/world:
- A world named "Anarchia - the freedom" is available. Permanent and Immutable rules do not affect players on this world.

But "Players take turns in order of the list, descending" is an Immutable rule, so players on Anarchia would be able to take their turns whenever... that seems a bit extreme. So I will vote against it.

Well, moving it to mutables would be a good idea, then. (I would support it.)

You do realize that you can't even vote for anything if you are on that world, right?

"4. Players vote with their current score to decided of new rules are added, or current rules changed/removed. "

As mentioned before, taking your turn at any time also seem odd. In fact, this suggestion seem not possible at all to be honest, since it goes against all rules in those categories. :/

I mean, I don't really care if we put this in play or not, but I'm unsure if I should allow it since it goes against the rules already set.
