Good call. I forgot the touch screen wasn't working.

The touch screen is working just fine. It just doesn't happen to work on Mario Tennis Open and Nintendo Letter Box, because of the problem with the Y Button I had talked about in an earlier post. I can also browse the System Settings just fine.

I'm writing this on my 3DS, so if the touch screen didn't work, this wouldn't be possible. The only problems I've got is the system thinking that the Y Button is always being held down (And certain software doesn't allow you to use the touch screen when buttons are held down) and the occassional shutting down. Also, when I'm on the Power Menu, the HOME Button won't work. Might have something to do with that pesky Y button...

Welp, I'd still take the chance to take it to Nintendo Support.

I mean, it's a modern (actively supported) console, not a... GameGear...

Well apparently Nintendo has decided to put an end to SpotPassing on Nintendo Letter Box, because of people misusing the software (especially minors, it reads... tut tut tut, irresponsible adults, parental controls exist for a reason). Well you know what they say, you abuse it, you lose it.

And now, that leaves me with absolutely no reason to have Nintendo Letterbox, so I intend to delete it whenever.

This is actually surprised me. Apparently Youtube is coming to the 3DS. I wasn't expecting this at all.

In order to use it, you need to link your YT account, Google+ account and Club Nintendo account together!

Nah. I'm kidding but I'm sure some corporate bastard at Google was thinking of it.

Heh, just as we're in the middle of Google+/Youtube hate, there's this. I'm really really sure this is a "mea culpa" for Google+ much like Windows 8.1 was "mea culpa" for Windows 8... no wait it's not.

Still, we've got to see what you actually need to do to use Youtube / make comments on video (aside from good bandwidth... ). Nintendo likes keeping their secrets.

Oh, hey. Finally. My 3DS can do what I've been using my Wii U for a lot. Which is Youtube on places that are not my desk.

Also, I don't know about anyone else, but Zelda: Link Between Worlds is looking and sounding absolutely incredible. Lots of freedom, minimal obnoxious handholding and quick to start and just dive into dungeons. It's the first new Zelda game I've been looking forward to since The Wind Waker back in the Gamecube Era.

More throwbacks to the classic games, with all the goodness that comes with it.
Personally, it's nice we finally got all the freedom from the "classic" games back. The last games didn't feel much right with the freedom of the player. They're still excellent, but this is going to be much better.

Are you going to do Hero Mode? I'm about 5 dungeons into the game and I love it. Definitely one of my favourites in the franchise.

It'll definitely be interesting. Have you encountered any glitching?
I jumped off and landed on the corner of a platform. Link then proceeded to infinitely fall in place, and I couldn't move. Had to restart and lose my save data up to that point :/
