Since that I am new to this place (But I have happened to have lurked here for sometime), I just thought to ask this question...

Does there actually exist a Debug Mode or just a few Test Stages for this game?
Because I do believe that I've seen the Topic on here, where someone posted the Code (But knowing that its the Japan version) and I did tryed the code before, but it didn't work...

And there was this other person that posted a screenshot of the game that had a Test Stage in it.

Unless if someone did, manage to get the code to work in someway.

Hmm right. Maybe it needs special settings? There's a similar code for OoT which nobody has managed to get to work either.
