Read this thread if you haven't already.

This is the followup to that experiment; When you made up your character, did you make it the same gender as you?

Also, did anyone come up with any non-human characters? This is just out of curiosity.

True, but you also have to think about the gender of the creator of the character. Not difficult, but slightly slower.

Ahh, I see now. How many female characters versus male characters?

Well anyway, this whole experiment was because I noticed that when I create a random character on the spot, it's usually a guy. In addition, whenever I'm confronted with a genderless or an ambiguous character, I tend to default to thinking it's a guy too.

I was wondering if it's because I'm a guy, so that's why I asked you all to come up with characters, I wanted to see if girls were more likely to make girl characters, and guys guy characters. The human/non-human thing was unrelated, but another curiosity none the less.

Anyway, thanks for your input, everyone!
